— Ability to present and lead requirements and technical discussions including technical specifications, business process review and impact, and solution design.
— Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or relevant work experience.
• Significant customer technical consulting experience, including analysis, design, and support of integrations and/or software.
— Experience with B2B data integrations including ETL and Web Services.
— Understanding and working knowledge of SQL queries and scripts, SQL Server, XML, .Net C#, Web Services, SSO and/or ETL a plus.
— Excellent verbal and written communication skills

— Playing a key role in the integration and data conversion of multiple SaaS products aimed at the higher education market
— Making significant decisions solutions for technology implementations software platform
— Providing technical guidance and support to staff and customers during and after implementation for the full product lifecycle.
— Generating clear diagrams, specifications, documentation and other artifacts needed for customer integrations, support, and training.
— Generating timely status reports and project summaries for clients and project managers.
