Glow Design Agency is looking for a confident Lead Designer! Work on large, complex and interesting projects with professionals rated #1 among UI/UX design studios in Odesa (according to Clutch). If you have strong design skills, love solving challenging tasks, and know how to assemble your team around one goal — this position is for you.

What are we looking for?
• You have 3+ years of relevant experience in the design industry (in design agencies, specifically);
• You have successfully supervised 2-4 designers;
• You are good at teaching and managing your subordinates;
• You know the product’s development process inside out;
• You are experienced in taking Stakeholder interviews, Customer interviews, Usability testings, Experience mapping, Flows design, Project Planning, and Design workshops;
• You use design systems and documentation as a natural part of your creative process (Atomic design, Responsive design rules, Custom grids, Layout structures, Components based design, Flowcharts, Navigation rules, etc.);
• You have Advanced English.

What will you do?
• Conceptualize, discuss and implement the design;
• Create wireframes, flows, logic trees;
• Consult with our two founders (experienced designers) and set goals for the design team;
• Provide timely, constructive feedback to the UI/UX team to help them grow their professional skills;
• Mentor, train, and develop your team in secret ways of amazing interface design;
• Present concepts and designs to clients.
