People Generalist (Fixed-term contract)

This is a full-time, one-year maternity leave replacement, offering a temporary opportunity to join our team.

THE JOURNEY

• Act as a trusted partner and advisor to line managers, offering expert guidance on hiring, employment laws, HR policies, compensation, and more.
• Implement employment guidelines while aligning global People processes with the specific needs of your teams.
• Drive employee engagement and retention projects to ensure the team is motivated and satisfied.
• Be the go-to person for all People-related queries, providing clear guidance on policies, processes, and procedures.
• Support with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes and maintaining accurate employee records.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• 2-3 years of experience as HR/People Generalist, preferably in a fast-paced environment;
• A solid understanding of HR role in employee lifecycle and experience in driving projects that bring results;
• Experience in analyzing HR data, spotting trends, and turning that info into actionable insights;
• Comfortable with tools inside of Google Suite, such as Googlesheets, Gemini etc
• Proactive and solution-focused — you’re always thinking ahead and stay openminded;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and suggest improvements, while maintaining a positive attitude and sense of humor;
• Fluent English and Ukrainian
• Previous experience working with local labor laws would be a plus;
