Project Manager (with Development background)

We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong technical background. This role involves managing complex IT projects , working with cross-functional teams, and directly engaging with clients to align project outcomes with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in technology, project lifecycle management, and a proven ability to support the pre-sales process to drive project success.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in IT outsource projects.
• Previous experience in a technical role (developer, devops) is a must.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• English is upper-intermediate or advanced.
• Demonstrated experience in pre-sales activities is nice to have.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for IT projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements and technical feasibility.
• Engage in pre-sales activities, including client consultations, technical solution development, and crafting proposals.
• Define project scope, develop project plans, and identify resource needs in alignment with project goals.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining communication to manage expectations and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Oversee risk management, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and team performance.
• Ensure alignment between client requirements, technical resources, and project objectives.
