As an MS Dynamics 365 F&O Developer / Technical Lead, you will drive the technical implementation of a large-scale healthcare solution. You will translate high-level solution designs into detailed technical architecture, lead the technical delivery across multiple teams, ensure code quality, and support all integrations and migrations within the D365 ecosystem.
Does this relate to you?
— 5+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst, Developer, or Technical Lead in large-scale D365 F&O implementations.
— Strong hands-on experience with X++, extensions, customizations, and D365 development framework.
— Solid understanding of D365 F&O architecture, data entities, and integration patterns.
— Experience preparing technical estimates for development and integrations.
— Ability to visualize complex problems, propose scalable solutions, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
— Proven capability to influence and align teams using strong technical argumentation.
— Dynamic team player with experience working in fast-moving, changing environments.
— Experience in healthcare projects or regulated industries is an advantage.
— English is upper-intermediate.
Nice to Have:
— Experience with Power Platform, Dual-Write, MS D365 Customer Engagement
A new team member will be in charge of:
— Translate solution designs into D365 F&O technical architecture.
— Lead technical sessions and ensure architectural alignment.
— Oversee X++ development, extensions, and customizations.
— Create technical specs and ensure code quality and performance.
— Lead data migrations and integrations with external systems.
— Support D365 data model inquiries and manage build/release pipelines.
— Administer D365 environments via LCS
