Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Data & Automation Specialist to optimize processes through automation and data visualization via dashboards. In this role, you will develop and refine data-driven business workflows. Your primary responsibilities will include designing robust automations, generating insightful reports, and crafting advanced dashboards to enhance efficiency and decision-making.

Does this relate to you?
— IT education or a student currently pursuing an IT-related degree.
— Basic understanding of data management and IT concepts.
— Familiarity with Google Sheets / scripting and a willingness to learn automation tools.
— Attention to detail and ability to work with data-driven workflows.
— Interest in automation and process improvement.
— Knowledge of web UI/UX development concept (ReactJS is a plus).
— Basic relational DB knowledge and SQL
— Basic JavaScript knowledge, exposure to databases (Postgres, MySQL) and visualization tools (PowerBI, Looker Studio).
— Prompting and experience with tools like n8n, Zapier, and similar platforms are a plus.

— English level is B2+

A new team member will be in charge of:
— Assist in data management tasks using tools like Google Sheets and Postgres.
— Support automation projects using Make (with JavaScript).
— Help with data visualization in PowerBI and Looker Studio.
— Contribute to UI improvements using basic ReactJS and JavaScript (not mandatory).
— Collaborate with teams to streamline data collection and process automation.
