Job overview:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with BA experience to join our team. This role involves managing complex IT projects, working with cross-functional teams, and directly engaging with clients to align project outcomes with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in technology, project lifecycle management, and a proven ability to support the BA needs to drive project success.

Does this relate to you?

— 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in IT product companies.
— At least 2 years of experience working as a BA
— Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, Waterfall).
— Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
— Ability to balance multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
— English is upper-intermediate or advanced

A new team member will be in charge of:

— Lead end-to-end project management for IT projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
— Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements and technical feasibility.
— Engage in client consultations, technical solution development, and crafting proposals.
— Define project scope, develop project plans, and identify resource needs in alignment with project goals.
— Act as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining communication to manage expectations and ensure high client satisfaction.
— Oversee risk management, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
— Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and team performance.
— Ensure alignment between client requirements, technical resources, and project objectives.
