Project Description:

Glorium Technologies is looking for a Part-Time (4 hours\day) Assistant based in Kyiv, who is available to visit the office and handle equipment shipments across Ukraine when needed.

Requirements:

• Willingness to move around Kyiv (from our office at Saksahanskoho St, 121 to the nearest Nova Poshta branch)
• Basic understanding of how a laptop works
• Strong organizational skills and a sense of responsibility
• Previous experience in a similar position
• English at B1 level — nice to have

Responsibilities:

• Send/receive equipment shipments within Ukraine
• Visit the office (used as a warehouse) periodically to pick up and prepare necessary equipment (mostly laptops); must be available on demand and ready for occasional urgent requests
• Replace batteries in the security system (as needed)
• Reinstall Windows or reset laptops (with detailed instructions from our system administrator)
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the office
• Purchase and monitor the availability of necessary office supplies
• Order and ship company-branded products
• Call repair services when required
