Who we are:
Glorium Technologies is an outsourcing company with an HQ in NJ and development centers in Ukraine, Poland, and Cyprus. We were founded in 2010 and have already expanded our team to over 180 sharp-minded people. The majority of our projects are within Healthcare and Real Estate domains.

About the project:
This is a trans healthcare project which offers gender-affirming services for 1 million transgender individuals in 45 states.

Does this relate to you?
• 3+ years experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines, experience with ETL best practices
• 3+ years experience implementing data hygiene measures and practices across large data sets.

Nice to have:
• 2+ years experience using Python (specifically for data cleaning, manipulation, and possibly interim analytics before we have our BI tool stood up)
• Proficient to Expert level experience with the following technologies: SQL, Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience exploring/analyzing large complex datasets
•Experience in healthcare, technology, and fast-paced startup environments
• Experience in the queer healthcare space
• Experience with healthcare-related data (EHRs in particular)

A new team member will be in charge of:
• Gather data and analytic requirements from stakeholders and internal teams; and continually create a feedback loop to gather needs, assess challenges, and create data solutions
• Work with data engineers and data analysts to create dashboards and reporting to support quarterly business needs and OKRs; as well as help create daily / weekly / monthly reports and visualizations
• Continually identify opportunities for improvements in our data architecture and analytical reporting; while coordinating and completing projects
• Support our data strategy, and specifically focus on data governance and compliance to unlock the power of Plume’s data
• Understand the virtual care landscape, shifting legal and compliance realities, and changes in standards of care and clinical guidelines
• Cross Functional collaboration to track valuable information
• Ability to work till 12:00 MST (21:00 Kyiv time), and attend relevant meetings during that time.
