Glorium Technologies is an outsourcing company with HQ in NJ and the development center in Kyiv. We were founded in 2010 and have already expanded our team to over 100 sharp minds people. The majority of our projects belong to Healthcare and Real Estate domains.

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲:
We are seeking a talented candidate to help us generate qualified opportunities by executing multichannel outbound campaigns.
This role involves building sales department from scratch. Department will be in charge of researching companies and contacts to personalize the outreach, engaging in the conversations with potential prospects in LinkedIn, coordinating outreach via all channels — email/LinkedIn/, and qualifying each opportunity. We will provide you with all the necessary help to do the data research and find the information on the target audience.
Sales Development Representative will be in charge of:
— Build sales department from scratch.
— Lead identification, communication, and qualification.
— Follow-up on leads and identifying qualified opportunities providing the appropriate level of information.
— Researching accounts and generating interest; gathering requirements and identifying opportunities.
— Ensure effective follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining activity and lead qualification information in CRM with direct communication with business development department.

𝗗𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂?
— 3+ years of experience working with/at a software development company.
— Ability to demonstrate previous success with leads you were able to generate in B2B.
— Ability to consistently generate leads in the VC-backed startup and mid-market target audience for high ticket sales ($100K+).
— Ability to execute a true multichannel approach using email, LinkedIn, etc.
— Fluency and understanding of LinkedIn usage to establish quality connections.
— Ability to write and test engaging scripts for communication in all channels.
— Being able to work with little supervision, while being goal-oriented.
— Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
— Understanding of the principles of business communication, being capable of speaking the same language with business owners and C-level executives.
— Basic knowledge of software development process (Web and Mobile).
— Experience in leading the team will be a plus.
— English is advanced.
