Part-time DBD for Healthcare project (PostgreSQL) (вакансія неактивна)

Glorium Technologies is an outsourcing company with HQ in NJ and the development center in Kyiv. We were founded in 2010 and already expanded our team to over 100 sharp minds people. The majority of our projects belongs to Healthcare and Real Estate domains.

Currently, one of healthcare projects needs to attract remote DBD (30-40 hours).

𝗗𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂?
You have at least 3 years of experience working as DBD on optimization tasks with PostgreSQL (9.6).
You have valid, reliable experience and passionate about troubleshooting and resolving database issues
You make sure of your deep understanding of security architecture.
You know everything about performance issues inside out.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻?
The goal for DBD is to investigate existing BDs structures and define all critical issues with suggestions on how to resolve them. There’s an issue with a performance already. We need a detailed plan on how to improve it.

𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁:
It is software for home medical equipment providers (HME). These HME providers are not doctors or hospitals. These are companies that specialize in providing an actual medical product/service directly to patients. In the US if a patient goes to their doctor or ends up in the hospital and is prescribed a medical product, that physician sends a referral/prescription to an HME provider so that the patient can receive the necessary item.
Patients in the US rely on HME providers to obtain anything from medical diapers, wheelchairs, oxygen, CPAP, diabetic supplies, ventilators, the list goes on. These HME providers rely on our unified application to manage the order flow efficiently, manage logistics associated with delivering these items, and of course manage the billing/revenue cycle management process to ensure they get paid and stay in business.
