Minimum 1+ year in US focused recruiting
Experience in software engineering services sector
Required to understand the talent availability in US market and prefer to have an existing network of software engineers
Should understand US employment categories & work authorization such as work visas (H1B/TN/L1B etc), EAD, GC, USC as well as FTE, Hourly employment and corp to corp system
Any previous or existing experience working with GL is highly preferred
Zeal to succeed and work in challenging and very dynamic environment
Excellent communication in English and inter-personal skills are mandatory
