• BA, MS degree in software engineering, computer science, or other related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Software Development
• At least 3 year of experience in software development on Linux
• Good experience in C/C++
• Good knowledge of the Linux operating system (or any other UNIX-based OS), including networking and configuration
• Knowledge of the computer networks
• Good communication skills
• Upper-intermediate spoken and writing English

• Experience in development for embedded systems
• Experience in developing for real-time operating systems (VxWorks, FreeRTOS, eCos, etc.) is a major plus
• Good knowledge/experience in the computer networks (Ethernet, TCP/IP, Wireless) is a major plus
• Good knowledge of the OpenWrt operating system
• Taking part in the development of the radio communications related projects (LTE, WiMAX, 3GPP, WiFi)

GlobalLogic Ukraine is inviting a Middle C++ Engineer (ASW) to join its Kyiv office.
Within an Application Software (ASW) team, you will contribute to the development, maintenance and integration of the application software for the various LTE products. ASW team is responsible for development and integration of the new features and bug-fixes to the application software part of the LTE solution developed by Sequans, including network drivers for various operating systems, system services and daemons running on embedded Linux or real-time OS, and other parts of the LTE solutions.
