GlobalLogic invites Embedded C Engineer to join the team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Software Engineer. Design skills, the ability to create new features with the following unit testing coverage, and integration into existing products are vital to this position. The successful candidate will have a strong background in C/Embedded software development, advanced design skills, experience working internationally, and managing the team. We also expect our new colleague to be a responsible and communicative team player.

Requirements:

• BA or Master’s degree in computer science
• Strong level of C/Embedded programming (e.g. FW, drivers)
• 4+ years of experience in industrial or embedded software development
• Experience in Networking protocols
• Programming under Linux / Windows environment
• Advanced experience with Git tools and workflows
• Good analytical skills
• Highly motivated, a fast learner, and autonomous
• Proven problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Advanced English

Responsibilities:

• Be on-hands and porficient in firmware development for networking equipment.
• Take responsibility over product development on a module level
• Estimate and plan execution with the team
• Deliver high quality and well verified products
• Analyze product failures and identify potential solutions
