GlobalLogic is inviting an experienced UI/ UX Lead to join our team.

GlobalLogic Ukraine is looking for an innovative, self-motivated, system-oriented Lead designer who will think creatively and strategically, understand business problems, and use design methodologies to develop innovative outcomes.

You will play a leading role in a multi-disciplinary team of business strategists and research professionals who deliver service concepts, experiential prototypes, and go-to-market products to transform clients’ businesses and grow new opportunities for GlobalLogic.

Requirements:

• A clear understanding of SDP and the ability to adapt it according to the project stage and needs
• Capability to look at the big picture and divide it into details
• Knowledge of design methodologies and how to scale them. Proven processes and frameworks for complex design problems
• Strong skills in client/users facilitation and requirement gathering
• Ability to create design documentation in a clear affordable form
• Understanding how to measure and validate design results
• Strong presentation and storytelling
• Confident team management skills
• Powerful communication skills with colleagues below, above, and adjacent to them
• Knowledge of design best practices
• Equally talented position in analytics and creativity
• Ability to solve difficult design problems and create frameworks from these design solutions
• An outstanding design portfolio demonstrating wider strategic design thinking in their projects
• Experience interacting with cross-functional teams
• Continuous exploration of new practices and patterns of the problem-solving toolkit

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with a client on products framing, requirement gathering, and clarification
• Plan and conduct workshops for each product milestone
• Create meaningful and scalable design solutions based on client requirements, industry trends and statements, user needs, and market demands
• Lead a team of 3 designers who are responsible for creating concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and final mock-ups
• Evaluate the effectiveness of designs to ensure that they meet customer needs and are feasible for manufacturing
• Document and transfer design findings and artifacts
• Close work with cross-functional team (PO team, dev, QA’s, etc)
• Work in SAFE
