GlobalLogic Ukraine is inviting a Senior Python Engineer to join its Kharkiv office.

The product is a pre-interview screening test used by recruiting companies/departments, using 12 mini-games played in 30 minutes to assess candidates on social, emotional, and cognitive traits such as attention, emotion, decision-making, risk tolerance, and others.

Requirements:

We a looking for an experienced self-motivated engineer who is willing to join the team developing an innovative product that helps to improve the hiring process for both agency/company and the person being assessed. GlobalLogic will assemble the solid development team that will have, in addition to technical guys, scrum master and product owner included. The candidate should be OK to learn the Django framework if it is not in his/her skills yet.

Requirements:

• 5 years of commercial software development
• 2 years experience with Python
• Angular/React
• Django framework (nice to have)
• English (intermediate)
• good communication skills
