Requirements:
At least 5 years of the IT experience and at least 3 years on a management position
Experience in talking directly to business and understanding business priorities
Strong organization and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
At least Upper-Intermediate level of English and strong communication skills
Practical knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and other engineering approaches
Ability to work and communicate with Client’s team located in the USA and attend late meetings
Conflict resolving skills and experience
Stress-resistance

Responsibilities:
Control and manage healthcare multi-projects program, as part of big contract
Communicate planning, releases and milestones across different programs
Being direct peer to customer’s program manager
Managing scope, risks and priorities according to business statements
Communicate with technical staff in terms of risks and scope management
Communicate with different stakeholders — from marketing to technical — on the customer’s side
Orchestrate work of several technical units within program
Participate in GL program management team from release perspective
Participate in decision-making process, from release/program perspective
Cultivate a strong cutomer oriented culture in an agile environment
