Maintains computer & IT asset management, including an inventory of all current and retired IT equipment;
Assists the Helpdesk to perform a system update and maintenance;
Assists the Helpdesk in responding and troubleshooting network virus attacks, outage and system performance;
Tracks, maintains and escalates technical helpdesk service requests;
Troubleshoots hardware and software trouble tickets;
Prioritizes, addresses, and resolves technical issues using independent judgment;
