We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join the pilot team working on a fintech project, with a focus on the development of AI-based IT tools. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions, ensuring the effective implementation of AI-driven tools within the financial technology domain.

What should you do?

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements for AI-based IT tools;
• Conduct comprehensive analysis to translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications;
• Supporting the business in making the right decision while creating coherent requirements;
• Create clear and concise documentation, including business requirements, user stories, and process flows;
• Presenting goals and features’ specification documentation to the development team;
• Work closely with data analysts and engineers to understand data requirements and contribute to data modeling processes.
• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to derive meaningful insights and support decision-making processes;
• Creating wireframes/sketches/diagrams/flow charts when it is necessary;
• Provide regular updates on project progress, address queries, and manage expectations effectively.

What do we need?

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on fintech projects.
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Working with GenAI solutions or tools based on ML, NLP models or GenAI models would be a strong plus;
• Spoken English skills — your level should be no lower than Advanced (C1);
• Experience in interaction with customers and gathering requirements;
• Experience with sketching/wireframing/solutions prototyping (low fidelity)
• Analytical capabilities, and structural mindset;
• Understanding of fintech industry trends, and within-domain AI technologies;

Bonus skills:

• Technical background as a Developer;
• Experience with user interface design patterns;
• Knowledge of any programming language (reading/understanding level);
• Experience in the Fintech business domain
