At GT we’re looking for a highly skilled Technical Project / Delivery manager to bring in solid technical expertise.

If you have hands-on engineering background and experience in technical account management, technical pre-sales, solution consultancy for international clients or similar fields, and are motivated to contribute to the success of our R&D teams in Ukraine, we would love to meet you!

Requirements:

• A good understanding of modern software technologies and solutions.
• Technical background and previous hands-on experience in software engineering or QA, or related field is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in delivery management, technical account management, technical pre-sales, solution consultancy, technical product management or similar roles.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including presentation, communication, negotiation, client relationship & engagement.
• An inquisitive mind, solid analytical skills and ability to translate customer needs into business solutions.
• Strong project management skills, well-organized and structured approach to handling operations.
• Problem solver, ownership approach.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities:

• Build good and trustworthy relationships with our clients and partners (both extended team and project team).
• Be a reliable advisor to our clients, participate in technical solutions design and consulting, taking into account each client’s product value, business objectives, and technology requirements.
• Participate in pre-sale calls with prospects together with the business development team as needed.
• Define and communicate on project scope, timelines, execute accordingly.
