— 5+ years of experience in recruiting (strong experience in filling IT positions is a must)
— Experience in managing a team, owning team growth, and day-to-day operations
— Experience developing and documenting systems and processes, implementing change, and collaborating with employees at all levels to ensure business goals are achieved
— Natural relationship builder with strong interpersonal and communication skills
— Enthusiasm for and experience with making data-driven decisions
— Trustworthy and capable of handling confidential information
— Organized, and able to prioritize, develop realistic timelines, and achieve goals in a start-up environment with competing demands
— Tech-savvy, interest in and knowledge of IT

As a Recruitment Lead, you will:
— Own talent acquisition strategy and manage all stages of the recruiting cycle on the high level
— Develop and lead a high-performing team of talent acquisition professionals to execute our vision and strategy to meet the needs of GT
— Be a hands-on leader and recruit for open positions together with the recruitment team if need be (create great sourcing strategies, write compelling messages, work with passive candidates etc.)
— Partner with our clients’ hiring managers to scope positions and review comparable market roles, train hiring managers in recruitment best practices when needed
— Constantly track, measure, analyze and improve the hiring process, use data to make decisions and optimize hiring processes
— Implement an outstanding end-to-end recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers
— Provide insight and data regarding the IT market dynamics, trends and remuneration packages
— Provide performance reports to internal and external stakeholders
— Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting technical talent at various levels; seek out and introduce new creative recruitment practices

You’ll work collaboratively across the GT family to define and reach hiring targets on each team, invent and implement successful processes that serve our needs as we scale.
