Обов’язки

The role will be full time and may require late evenings in order to reach candidates that are unavailable during the day. You will be delivering to both contract and permanent roles, so must be adaptable and organized.

— Generation / sourcing of candidates via use of Bullhorn CRM, LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking, telephone and face to face meetings, events and conferences etc.
— Ensuring all procedures relating to the candidate database are adhered to and that CRM is updated on a regular basis
— Coordination of interview processes, including candidate coaching through to interview feedback to Account Manager once the interview process is complete.
— Regular networking with past, present and future candidates
— Market mapping / Talent Pool creation
— Advertising and marketing of vacancies
— Lead Generation and market research, developing client relations and new business opportunities

Role Objectives:
— Identification of candidates for roles using a variety of techniques/sources and maintaining all relevant tracked information within the database/CRM
— Developing strong relationships with candidates through a variety of methods- telephone qualification, meetings, networking events etc.
— Supporting the wider growth of the resourcing and delivery function, with engagement in research and development of new markets, systems and operations.
