— 2+ years of talent brand, marketing, and/or social media experience (preferably within recruiting or HR)
— You live by data-driven approach in marketing and know how to produce reports that highlight real insights
— Commercial experience with talent brand and communication strategies with a proven track record
— A natural storyteller with excellent narration and writing skills
— Resourcefulness, high level of creativity and natural curiosity to discover and create things
— Tech-savvy, interest in and domain knowledge of Ukrainian IT community
— Full verbal and written proficiency in English and Ukrainian

Обов’язки

You will design and lead Global Talent employer brand on social and digital channels, delivering our messaging to the right audience on the very competitive market. You’ll work cross-functionally with our Recruitment and HR teams to tell the story of what it’s like to work at Global Talent, share our vision and values and build our reputation as a phenomenal workplace. You’ll also support our recruitment team from a brand perspective and build relationships with communities, events, and organizations to widen our reach.
In order to succeed you will need to be a natural storyteller as well as operationally-savvy and data-driven. In this role, you’ll be the creative mastermind and the detail-oriented executor, driving online initiatives to amplify Global Talent as a disruptor and a top employer on the market.

— Develop and lead our talent brand strategy, operationalize it and measure success
— Manage sponsored content campaigns, and career pages on recruiting platforms (i.e. LinkedIn, DOU, Rabota, Glassdoor), using metrics to inform the strategic direction of content
— Provide support for large-scale and tactical recruiting activities, constantly optimizing ROI
— Oversee and create content for our social media, careers site and job listings
— Work with recruitment and HR team on design and improvement of candidate experience and engagement
— Identify and develop new channels to reach our target audience
— Develop and own consistent data-based reporting for all talent brand activities, programs and initiatives
— Oversee the design of static and digital marketing collateral to promote open roles and talent brand initiatives

At Global Talent we help IT professionals connect with top IT companies, working with disruptors like Playtech, Holovis, SmartXpo, Reevoo and dozens of hot startups around the world. It was founded in 2017 by four tech entrepreneurs. Global Talent’s CEO and co-founder is Andy Baynes, a former executive of Apple, Nest Labs and Google. Andy also lectures at Stanford and Berkeley.
