* 3 — 5+ years of successful working experience as Product Owner/Manager
* Strong desire to capture new technologies/recent trends and generate ideas
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to see the whole picture
* Advanced English spoken level and good interpersonal skills (with both internal and external stakeholders)
* Ability and willingness to work autonomously in low hierarchy and high freedom/responsibility environment

* Working experience with any Enterprise systems would be a plus

* Constant interactions with EU customers

* Analyze the product and its components
* Create features from the user perspective and develop functional specifications
* Set project priorities together with development team (about 5 members) and maintain back-log of tasks
* Communicate with customers, analyze requirements and expectations
* Perform product presentations and demos
* Make product decisions aiming at delivery of the tailor-made solutions
