At least 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
At least 2 years of experience sourcing for American market.
Expertise in advanced talent sourcing techniques including Boolean, ATS/CRM sourcing tools, social media
Advanced level of English
Possess excellent detail orientation and time management skills
Expertise in leveraging recruitment tools and technologies
Proven, strategic problem-solving skills
Sharing knowledge and credit, establishing trust, credibility, and goodwill
Degree in Engineering or certificates from IT schools is nice to have, but not obligatory.

Обов’язки

To be responsible for quality and timely-delivered candidates.
Collaborate with US Primary Recruiters to prioritize, establish and execute appropriate sourcing strategies.
Sourcing, Qualifying and interviewing candidates for technical and non-technical positions.
Handle specialized recruitment needs to address hiring volume via appropriate hiring strategies.
Analyze and present recruitment metrics as required.
Conducting phone calls.
Scheduling initial interviews between candidates and primary recruiters.
Working with Excel, Salesforce, Xlite, Microsoft Office, Outlook.
Provide support of the sourcing team.
Make submittal forms and blind resumes of the qualified job candidates.
Be responsible for hiring Software developers, QA/QEs, DevOps Engineers, Data Analysts / Scientists, Program / Project Managers, Agile Coaches, Business Analysts, Recruiters etc..
