We are seeking a skilled Odoo Developer to design and develop integrated business solutions and build a custom matchmaking platform. You’ll work on both internal Odoo customizations (HR, Recruitment, Sales, CRM) and external web applications that seamlessly connect with Odoo as the backend database. This role combines Odoo expertise with full-stack development—you’ll architect custom modules, build scalable integrations, and develop a modern web platform that leverages Odoo’s powerful business logic while providing an exceptional user experience.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo development
- Strong Python programming skills and deep knowledge of Odoo framework, ORM, and architecture
- Experience building custom Odoo modules, qWeb templating, and Odoo business apps (CRM, Sales, HR, Recruitment)
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frameworks (React.js /Vue.js/Angular acceptable)
- PostgreSQL expertise, including complex queries, optimization, and database design
- Experience with Python web frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI) and RESTful API development
- Git version control
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to code quality
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and communicate effectively
- English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop custom Odoo modules for HRM, Recruitment, Sales, and CRM, following industry best practices
- Build a candidate-employer matchmaking web platform connected to Odoo as ATS/CRM backend
- Create and optimize database models, business logic, workflows, and custom reports using qWeb
- Develop RESTful APIs and implement the Odoo Connector framework for seamless system integration
- Design responsive, cross-platform web applications with user authentication and real-time features
- Implement automated notifications, scheduled actions, and business rules within Odoo
- Analyze and resolve application errors, optimize performance, and ensure data consistency
- Plan a scalable architecture for growing business needs and document technical specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and maintain code quality standards
