With a team of 35 people, we work every day with great pleasure and commitment for the success of our customers. We develop links and applications for the e-commerce domain, commercial and logistics IT applications for physical stores.

Requirements:

• HBO in the direction of ICT/Informatics/Business Administration;
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of the Magento 2 Platform;
• Experience with Zendesk, Jira, New Relic;
• You are analytically strong and stress resistant;
• You think logically and dare to ask critical questions;
• You are communicative and solution-oriented;
• You are able to see the bigger picture;
• Switching quickly and working with deadlines gives you energy;
• You like the fact that you are given a lot of responsibility and freedom in the performance of your work.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating between our customers and the Development team;
• Coming up with new ideas and getting energized when you have the opportunity to implement them with your team;
• Supervising complex integration processes and platform migrations;
• Speaking at a strategic level with e-commerce managers about innovations and performance improvements of the platform;
• Asking critical questions in order to get the right information;
• Finding out what the customer’s wishes are and translating this in the right way into a suitable answer;
• Developing complex customer questions into functional descriptions and user stories that you translate into a solution together with the IT department.
