About project
Testora is a self-discovery app that helps users explore and analyze their personality, intelligence, relationships, and career strengths through engaging tests. The app offers personalized challenges, progress reports, and habit tracking, making Testora your go-to tool for self-awareness, stronger relationships, and personal growth.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in web or mobile design
- Strong Figma skills (auto layout, components, variables, prototyping)
- Product mindset — you focus on solving real user problems and driving business results
- Comfort with iterating on designs based on feedback and data
- Experience with user and competitor research
- Strong motivation to learn and grow
Would be a plus
- Experience using AI tools for creating visuals
- Skills in animation or motion design
- B2+ English
Responsibilities
- Design new features and improve experiences on both web and mobile
- Focus on 3 core product areas: activation, engagement, and retention
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to bring your designs to life
- Conduct user and competitor research to make smarter design decisions
- Help generate ideas, test hypotheses, and understand user behavior
