What you will do:
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and transactional messages
- Design and manage automated workflows for email and push notifications, encompassing campaign planning, asset collection, approval processes, scheduling, quality assurance, and deployment
- Create and maintain HTML email templates that align with brand guidelines and deliver a consistent user experience
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize email subject lines, content, calls to action, delivery timing, and segmentation for ongoing email campaigns, with the goal of improving conversion rates and achieving premium user base growth
- Track email deliverability and domain reputation and build a positive reputation with various webmail providers such as Gmail, Yahoo, and Hotmail
- Segment email lists based on customer data and activity to deliver personalized and relevant content
- Collaborate with a team of copywriters, designers, data analysts, product marketing managers, user acquisition managers, creative producers, and product owners
- Create reports on campaigns’ performance, including conversion rate, drop-off rate, and other key performance metrics
Key qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in email marketing, focusing on automated workflows
- Experience with multilingual email and/or push notification campaigns for mobile and web projects
- Proficiency in English at the upper-intermediate level or higher
- Experience conducting marketing A/B tests
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Reteno, eSputnik, Stripo)
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Maintain email marketing documentation
- Familiarity with analytical and database tools
- Understanding of database segmentation principles
- Push notifications automation
Would be a plus:
- Experience with Reteno/eSputnik
- Experience with wellness apps
- Experience with dynamic email content
