Location: Warsaw, Poland

Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and highly organized full-time Personal/Executive Assistant (PA) to support a busy individual and owner of various tech businesses. This role is based in Warsaw and involves coordinating with part-time PAs in Cyprus and the UK. The ideal candidate will manage a wide range of personal and executive tasks, ensuring seamless operations and high standards of support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact and provide the highest level of support for various tasks and projects
  • Efficiently manage personal bookings, vacations, events, and appointments
  • Oversee the maintenance and administration of private properties
  • Coordinate and manage part-time PAs in Cyprus and the UK, ensuring effective communication and task completion
  • Provide general day-to-day problem-solving, addressing issues promptly and effectively
  • Handle complex travel arrangements, ensuring smooth and well-organized trips
  • Proactively resolve issues and challenges related to administrative requests

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Fluent English
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and anticipate needs
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and assignments simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and flexible availability outside of standard working hours
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in managing or coordinating a team

Working Hours:

Standard hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. However, at times you will need to be flexible and available outside of working hours.
