Requirements:

  • Experience:

    • At least 1 year of proven experience as a creative producer for TikTok and Snapchat.
    • Portfolio showcasing successful projects on the platforms mentioned above.
    • Deep understanding of UGC advertising.
  • Creative Skills:
    • Ability to generate original ideas tailored to the specifics of each platform.
    • Proficiency in working with short video formats and awareness of current trends.
    • Ability to make video creatives with yourself and by yourself
  • Analytics:
    • Experience in using analytics tools on TikTok and Snapchat to optimize content.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with the team and audience.
  • Technical Literacy:
    • Knowledge of tools and features provided by TikTok and Snapchat for content creation.
  • Flexibility and Persistence
    • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    • Proactivity and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Creative Thinking:
    • Ability to think creatively and find unconventional solutions.

Note: Proficiency in the English language will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation:
    • Developing original creative concepts for TikTok and Snapchat.
    • Planning and producing short videos tailored to the formats and trends of both platforms:
      — Assigning tasks to videographers and producers
      — Briefing motion designers
      — Creating UGC content by yourself.
    • Collaborating closely with the creative production team to ensure brand style consistency.
  • Analytics and Optimization:
    • Monitoring trends and algorithm changes on TikTok and Snapchat.
    • Analyzing content effectiveness, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs), and making adjustments to enhance results.
    • Monitoring competitors’ creatives using BI tools.
    • Participating in various processes such as brainstorming, strategy building, creative research, tests of hypotheses, analysis of results, etc.
  • Audience Interaction:
    • Tracking comments and reviews for our ads.
    • Developing audience engagement strategies and creating content that elicits positive reactions.
  • Creative Experiments:
    • Conducting test campaigns and experiments to discover new approaches
    • Using innovative technologies (including AI) and platform features to create unique content.
