Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on UX research experience in product-oriented companies
- To have a profound knowledge of the product development process
- Experience with methods such as user interviewing, usability testing, and A/B testing
- Experience in setting a clear and confident process of implementing the results of UX research in different phases of product development, from discovery to delivery
- The ability to formulate specific, answerable, and practical questions
- The ability to analyze and clearly formulate research findings from a customer and business-centric perspective
- Provide comfort within the process of recruiting users for research
To be able to make the process of recruiting users for research as comfortable as possible. - The willingness to work closely with design, turning findings into mockups and well-formed tasks for development
- A strong desire for creative problem-solving with a positive attitude
- Be detail-oriented
- Excellent time-management skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- English level — C1
Will be a plus:
Tool proficiency with Figma, UserTesting, Userlytics, Maze, Respondent.io, Jira, and AI tools for processing research data and experience in a mobile product company
Responsibilities:
- Find relevant participants to conduct user research
- Apply a mix of quantitative and qualitative user research techniques (for example, user interviews and contextual inquiry) to gain greater empathy for user needs
- Communicate research findings clearly to internal and external collaborators
- Translate research findings into service/product design hypotheses
- Conduct usability testing to validate these hypotheses
- Conduct JTBD interviews
- Work on the prototypes
- Participate in CJM creation
- Guide the direction of the service/product and continually advocate for users
- Collaborate with others as part of a cross-functional team that includes user experience researchers and designers, product managers, engineers, and other functional specialists
