Requirements:
- 1+ years of recruiting experience
- Good eye for talent with the ability to quickly identify potential candidates
- Strong research/sourcing skills with the ability to dive deep into the search for hard-to-fill roles
- Ability to build recruiting pipelines for different positions (tech, marketing, product, etc.)
- Ability to activate passive candidates with a strong candidate engagement approach
- Exceptional drive and motivation to meet and exceed hiring goals
- Strong spoken and written English — intermediate level or above
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage own time and prioritize tasks
- Curiosity and the ability to learn quickly
- Teamwork skills

- Understanding of the mobile app market specifics
Responsibilities:
- Full cycle recruiting for all open positions within the company
- Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand the requirements of the role and build strong trusting relationships during the recruiting process
- Find, engage, and activate passive candidates using Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques
- Improve the speed and quality of search
- Improve the candidate experience
- Work as part of a team to continuously analyze the market, prepare salary surveys, research mobile market trends, etc.
