Requirements:
- English — Upper-intermediate
- EU and US legislation — deep understanding of the principles and main provisions.
- Experience with contracts
- Knowledge of the order of corporate work, understanding of the requirements for the primary corporate documents and processes
- Knowledge of basic legal tech. Understanding the principles of work.
Responsibilities:
- Processing standard incoming requests
- Elaboration of contracts with contractors of medium complexity
- Elaboration of contracts with suppliers of medium complexity
- Development of templates for standard contracts
- Search and collection of information in the legislation of other jurisdictions
- Finding ways to improve efficiency and automate work
Will be a plus:
- Experience in the field of intellectual property
- Experience with GDPR
