We are looking for a skilled HR Manager who will support and develop talents at Gismart. You will be responsible for HR tasks and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work. The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers. If you are passionate about HR and highly efficient, give us a chance to meet you.


  • Culture and Values: working with the team to ensure that positive behavior is nurtured across the business and that core values are reinforced throughout
  • Strengthening of the internal and external HR brand
  • Providing seamless, employee-focused support throughout the employee’s lifecycle from onboarding, performance reviews, and critical moments through to departure
  • Help in the development and implementation of motivation programs as a basis for higher team productivity and employee loyalty
  • Participation in the development and implementation of programs that foster sound employee relations and engagement
  • Partnering with internal resources to execute corporate-wide HR initiatives
  • Maintenance of performance management and improvement systems
  • Help in the development of policies and documentation


  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in HR
  • Knowledge of HR functions (benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • At least Intermediate level of English
