About the role
Gismart is looking for a skilled Lead User Acquisition Manager, to acquire users for iOS/Android apps through different mobile advertising networks and sources. You’ll be running performance marketing campaigns, cooperate on creatives with design team, optimize targeting, volumes, action events etc in order to maximize UA campaigns performance.

Responsibilities
— 2+ years of experience in developing and executing user acquisition (UA) across multiple channels (Facebook, TikTok, Snap etc.)
— Understanding of the social network’s structures in terms of purchasing mobile advertisements
— Desire to develop your skills and get results
— Ability quickly adapt to a new circumstances
— English language not lower than upper Intermediate level
— Higher education, mathematical or economical is preferred
— Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
— Great communication skills, and a team-player

Requirements
— Manage the user acquisition team (paid social) to drive new growth across a wide range of products
— Monitor, measure, and report on campaigns and channel performance
— Help launch, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns for your teammates
— Ad campaigns management
— Testing of new traffic channels
— Development of promotional videos, banners and slogans (in cooperation with creative producers)
