Responsibilities
— Creation of design style
— Mentoring artists
— Organization of training
— Distribution of tasks between artists
— Estimation of project estimates (times, deadlines, tasks, etc.)
— Drawing art
— Giving and receiving feedback
— Interaction with other departments
Requirements
— Confident in freehand drawing
— Character design development
— Creating backgrounds
— Coloring
— Ability to work in different styles
— Understanding of the process of slicing and exporting art
— Experience in working with game engines
— Knowledge of the principles of 2D animation
— UI creation
