QA Lead (big project in the healthcare transportation domain) (вакансія неактивна)

— 3+ years of experience as a QA Team Lead in an IT company, preferably with large enterprise applications for a complex domain, ideally in healthcare transportation
— Experience in building, tracking, documenting and enhancing QA processes
— Strong leadership skills to lead, motivate and mentor a team of testers
— Excellent knowledge of software testing methodologies (both manual and testing)
— Experience in developing test strategies utilizing both manual and automated tests
— Experience in testing requirements
— Extensive experience in creation of test plans, checklists and test cases
— Experience in planning, estimation and managing of testing activities
— Experience with different types of testing
— Ability to identify, categorize, and diagnose software issues in a logical, methodical, and time-efficient manner
— Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
— Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
— Attention to details and an innate strive for perfection
— English upper intermediate level or higher

— Experience in API testing
— Knowledge of BDD
— Experience in automatic testing using Selenium
— Experience in maintaining testing infrastructure
— Knowledge and practical experience with SQL

— Build, track, document and enhance QA processes; detail and monitor the required metrics
— Develop and implement a testing strategy

— Create and maintain test plans, test cases, feature checklists
— Coordinate/manage release scope and release related activities from QA perspective with release manager

A big long term project in the healthcare transportation domain, is in production for more than 3 years. The web portal connects transportation providers, insurance providers, healthcare providers and patients. It is intended for supporting transportation of patients to healthcare facilities.
