For more than 13 years we’ve been building digital products that help companies reward employees, partners and customers. Today we operate our own marketplaces, Universal Gift Certificate, mobile application, APIs, business portals and platform for rewards automation.
Our ecosystem serves more than 1000 corporate clients and operates across 30+ countries.
We’re now looking for the first Product Lead who will own the entire product ecosystem and build the product management function together with the founders.
About the role
We’re looking for someone who can understand a complex business, identify opportunities, set priorities and own product decisions from discovery to delivery.
You’ll work directly with founders, engineering and business teams to define what we build, why we build it and how we measure success.

Your responsibilities
- Own the product strategy across the entire ecosystem.
- Build and maintain the product roadmap.
- Prioritize initiatives based on customer value and business impact.
- Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Operations, Customer Support and Leadership.
- Conduct customer discovery and user interviews.
- Translate business needs into product requirements.
- Define and monitor product KPIs.
- Drive product improvements from idea to release.
- Improve operational efficiency through automation.
- Balance customer needs, technical constraints and business goals.
- Make difficult prioritization decisions.
- Continuously improve the product development process.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years in Product Management.
- Experience building complex B2B products, SaaS platforms, marketplaces, fintech or loyalty solutions.
- Strong product thinking.
- Ability to understand technical systems and API-based products.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently drive initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with high ownership.
Nice to have
- Experience with loyalty or rewards platforms.
- International product experience.
- SQL or product analytics knowledge.
- Technical background.
What success looks like during probation
First month
- Understand the complete product ecosystem.
- Interview internal stakeholders and customers.
- Build a product map.
- Identify the biggest product opportunities and bottlenecks.
- Prepare the first product backlog.
- Present a Product Health Report.
Second month
- Deliver first product improvements.
- Define product metrics.
- Build a prioritization framework.
- Prepare a 6–12 month roadmap.
Third month
- Present the long-term product strategy.
- Launch multiple product improvements.
- Take ownership of product planning.
- Become the primary product decision maker.
