The giftmall is currently looking for an ambitious Partnership Specialist to drive new partner acquisition and expand our partnership network in the Polish market.

What you will do:

• Identify and attract new partners (retail chains, service companies, online platforms);
• Conduct negotiations, present partnership opportunities, and develop compelling offers;
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners;
• Work with the internal CRM system and analyze potential partners;
• Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, marketing, customer success) to implement effective partnership integrations.

What you need to join us:

• 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnership development, or category management;
• Polish language proficiency at B2+ level;
• Strong negotiation skills, objection handling, and the ability to find win-win solutions;
• Experience working with CRM systems and Excel/Google Sheets;
• Readiness to work with cold contacts and initiate first communications;
• Proactiveness, flexibility, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment;
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or financial services would be a plus.
