Currently, we are seeking a User Acquisition Manager
Requirements:
1. Understanding of the algorithms of the main advertising platforms we work with: Facebook, Google, TikTok; additional ones will be an advantage
2. Full cycle of managing advertising campaigns: launching, analysis and optimization
3. Understanding of the main UA metrics, how they are formed and their correlation — CTR, IR, CPC, CPA, CR, LTV*, ROAS*, ARPU
4. Familiarity with attribution principles
5. Ability to work and analyze data using AppsFlyer, Tableau
6. Knowledge of Excel, Google Spreadsheets
7. Activity (proactivity), initiative, ability to work both in a team and independently
8. Knowledge of English (at least Intermediate)
9. The combination of a logical and analytical mindset with a touch of creativity
10. 2+ years of relevant experience
11. English level — Intermediate
Will be a plus:
1. Understanding of User Journey flow
2. Experience of preparing requirements for designer
3. Experience of working on multiple projects simultaneously
4. Experience at a fast growing-startup
Responsibilities:
1. Create and execute advertising campaigns across multiple media channels.
2. Utilize data analysis to optimize budget allocation towards the most profitable areas and provide regular updates on the performance of marketing initiatives.
3. Track and report on KPI’s
4. Interaction with the creative team, participation in the creation of creatives
