— Mobile app UA experience ($100K+ monthly budgets with positive ROI);
— Advanced knowledge of Google UAC and Facebook Ads;
— Ability to work with distributed teams and drive effective performance;
— Passion and tenacity for solving problems through creativity and resourcefulness;
— Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing market trends;
— Strong analytical and logical thinking;
— Direct and clear approach to communication.
— Experience working with the design team to generate video and banner assets;
— Proven ability to understand and discuss technical concepts.
