2+ years of experience in a technical support role such as an integrations engineer, a technical product manager, technical account specialist, or ad ops manager;
AdTech industry experience is required;
Knowledge of programmatic advertising for display and video (DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, Exchanges);
Solid understanding of OpenRTB and VAST specifications is extremely helpful;
Capacity to break down complex technical topics into clear, digestible information;
Prior experience writing use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria and test cases;
Previous experience using Jira or a similar tool;
Ability to learn to create granular reports from data using internal proprietary tools;
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills;
Experience interacting with clients and partners.

Answer ad hoc business questions related to the exchange which could be limiting client or internal performance;
Be the last line of support before escalating any technical issue to the product and/ or engineering team;
Work on end-to-end technical integrations of DSPs, SSPs, and data partners into Adoppler exchange;
Communicate specifications between the client and internal teams;
Ensure that the integrations are performing as expected. Both pre & post activation;
Investigate data problems related to exchange integrations or discrepancies;
Conduct demos for prospective clients and provide support for onboarding them.

The company’s main product is the Trusted Marketplace technology. TMP is a holistic video monetization solution for any platform and device. Our full-stack solution has a complete view of the video, CTV, and OTT inventory. It helps clients to access and to manage direct, programmatic, and third-party partners using built-in tags or OpenRTB-compliant endpoints. The Trusted Marketplace consists of several high-load web applications, developed using Java 8, Jetty / Netty, Druid, Kafka, Aerospike, PostgreSQL. The production environment is private cloud-based on Proxmox. Deployment is carried out by TeamCity. The client-side is based on Angular 8, working as a SPA.
Adoppler operates distributed dev teams in Belarus and Ukraine with the Marketing and the Sales departments in Minsk, Belarus. Our company manages dev processes using Jira, Confluence, Slack, and regular video calls. We prefer to use Git Flow and peer code review in our work.
We are looking for a technical individual with experience in online advertising to work closely with Adoppler’s tech, product, and business teams. It is a progressive hybrid role in both ad operations and client support that will dive into many facets of advertising and technology. Leveraging the Adoppler Trusted Marketplace platform, our proprietary ad exchange, you will work directly with clients to integrate systems and work through technical problems. You will coordinate account management and act as a support manager. You will be working with tech & product teams to provide feedback on customer interaction.
