We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team in Kharkiv!

The Data analyst contributes to the success of GeoGuard by production traffic monitoring and reviewing clients’ integration. This position will work closely with the Optimisation, CS and Business team by providing them with their findings.

Our ideal candidate has experience or training in a relevant field. You are able to interact with systems that are used in professional software development such as JIRA. You are comfortable and able to work under pressure and tight timelines.

You enjoy working in small collaborative teams and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You have experience working in short, agile, iterative development cycles and have a great passion working in fast-paced development process environments. You are also a quick learner.

Skills and qualifications:
— Education or training in a relevant field
— Ability to work productively with minimal direction
— Results-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines consistently
— Analytical and creative thinker
— Strong attention to detail
— Intermediate written and spoken technical English, enough to discuss issues with teams remotely
— QA experience and Python knowledge would be a plus

— Create Kibana Canvas report for new and existing clients to calculate performance metrics and find out integration problems
— Create and support Kibana visualizations and dashboards
— Organize data in an easily understandable format using graphs and pivot tables
— Review alert notifications and create new alerts
— Participate in product testing
— Analyze data including transaction history
— Collaborate with the Optimization, CS and Business teams
— Accurately report hours spent on tasks in Jira
— Follow best practices and processes established by the team
— Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s technologies, process and teams
