We are looking for a Lead Recruiter to join our team in Kharkiv!
As a Recruiting Lead, you will be responsible for identifying the staffing needs of an organization by coordinating with the department’s heads for their hiring requirements and qualifications. You will lead, mentor and help grow a team of recruiters. You and your team will update job posting on the company’s website and other media platforms, ensuring that the job description and other hiring factors are accurately delivered. Your team’s responsibilities are in filtering job applicants, reviewing applications, screening and scheduling interviews and assessments with the qualified candidates. You will constantly collaborate with marketing, HR and other teams within the organization for building the best marketing strategy to promote GeoComply to the candidates.
