We are looking for a Lead Recruiter to join our team in Kharkiv!

As a Recruiting Lead, you will be responsible for identifying the staffing needs of an organization by coordinating with the department’s heads for their hiring requirements and qualifications. You will lead, mentor and help grow a team of recruiters. You and your team will update job posting on the company’s website and other media platforms, ensuring that the job description and other hiring factors are accurately delivered. Your team’s responsibilities are in filtering job applicants, reviewing applications, screening and scheduling interviews and assessments with the qualified candidates. You will constantly collaborate with marketing, HR and other teams within the organization for building the best marketing strategy to promote GeoComply to the candidates.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Support the development of sourcing capabilities for recruiting needs
  • Actively participate in development of the organization’s recruitment marketing strategy
  • Lead activities for recruitment, screening of candidates to ensure quality and timely recruitment of new staff
  • Partner with managers and department heads to define both short and long-term staffing needs
  • Learn the details of the company’s benefit packages in order to accurately answer candidate questions
  • Coordinate, implement, and measure the success of internship recruiting initiatives and job fair activities
  • Post openings, recruit qualified candidates, participate in the interview process
  • Work within predefined recruitment processes while monitoring that process to identify, recommend areas, improve and to ensure best practices at all times
  • Identify and implement new methods with the approach for sourcing of candidates and generating new leads
  • Meet company recruitment goals as set by the management team
  • Fully utilize Applicant Tracking System (and other program tools)
  • Use detailed screening and selection criteria to identify qualified candidates and determine the relevant strength of the candidates in the pool
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
  • Proven work experience as a Lead Recruiter
  • Creating a clear recruitment strategy for the Kharkiv office
  • Be reasonably creative and aware of the latest techniques to promote job ads and the company in the best possible way
  • Utilize different sources and measure their effectiveness
  • Work closely with the marketing and HR department on building an Employer brand in Kharkiv

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • A genuine passion and enthusiasm for matching talent with need
  • Proven ability to define and implement research and sourcing strategies for critical positions
  • Experience with networking, and social media management
  • Excellent communication skills — written and verbal — to collaborate effectively with all process participants
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or
  • Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
