• English level — Intermediate.

• Searching for new employees;
• Working with professional websites and portals;
• CV screening;
• Delivering feedbacks to the candidates;
• Conduct on-boarding and off-boarding meetings;
• Supporting candidates during the trial period;
• Candidate database management;
• Preparation of the internal reporting for the IT Recruiter.
