What we are looking for:

• At least 2 years of experience in a Product Manager or similar role
• Proven track record of defining and launching successful products
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Upper-intermediate proficiency in English
• Excellent analytical skills
• Experience with e-commerce platforms, especially Shopify, will be a significant advantage

What you will do:

• Collaborate with the software development team to ensure product features are implemented as per the specifications.
• Liaise with various stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and sales, to ensure alignment of product vision and strategy.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure the product delivers a superior user experience that meets customer needs and expectations.
• Work with the QA team to ensure the product meets quality standards and customer expectations.
• Keep a close eye on market trends and competitor products to ensure your product remains competitive.
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of the product, making adjustments to the product strategy based on data.
• Establish a system to gather feedback from customers and translate this into product enhancements.
• Identify potential risks and devise contingency plans to manage them effectively.
• Develop product training materials specifically for customers to enhance understanding and usage of the product.
• Create comprehensive feature specifications, including goals and wireframes.
• Manage customer support inquiries related to the product, typically receiving 1-3 queries per week, providing timely and helpful responses.
• As the product grows and reaches full potential, assess the need for additional team members, defining their roles and responsibilities to complement the product management efforts.
