About the project: This is a virtual classroom that will allow teachers to conduct online classes for students. USA. Starting October 1st

Requirements
General
● 3+ years of commercial software development experience.
● Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Experience with Git and standard branching workflows.
● Experience working in Agile development environments.
● Experience working in EdTech is a strong plus.
● Upper-Intermediate English (spoken and written).

Backend (Node.js)
● 3+ years of commercial experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
● Strong experience designing and developing scalable REST APIs and backend services.
● Hands-on experience with AWS services, including Lambda, API Gateway, S3, Cognito, IAM, SNS, SQS, and EventBridge.
● Experience building Serverless and Event-Driven Architectures.
● Experience working with DynamoDB or other NoSQL databases.
● Experience integrating AI services through AWS Bedrock is a plus.

Frontend (React)
● 3+ years of commercial experience with React and TypeScript.
● Strong knowledge of React Hooks, Functional Components, and modern React architecture.
● Experience with TanStack Query (React Query).
● Experience with Redux Toolkit or similar state management libraries.
● Experience with Vite (Webpack experience is a plus).
● Experience with Material UI, shadcn/ui, Tailwind CSS, or similar component libraries.
● Experience with WebSockets ( or similar real-time technologies).
● Experience developing real-time collaborative experiences for multi-user applications.
● Experience building responsive, accessible, and modern user interfaces.
● Familiarity with unit and integration testing.
● Experience with MediaStreams (audio/video/screen-capturing) (optional)
AI-Assisted Development
● Experience using AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar.
● Familiarity with AWS Bedrock and Anthropic Claude models is an advantage.

Responsibilities
● Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
● Develop secure backend services and REST APIs based on business requirements and architectural designs.
● Implement new features, enhance existing functionality, and resolve issues while delivering clean, maintainable, and high-quality code.
● Develop scalable event-driven solutions and integrate backend services with third-party systems where required.
● Collaborate within a small, agile, cross-functional team to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Participate in technical discussions, solution design, estimation, sprint planning, and code reviews.
● Collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Designers, QA Engineers, and other stakeholders across different teams and geographies.
● Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing knowledge and supporting engineering best practices.
