Requirements:
• 2+ years of commercial experience with Python (or equivalent practical experience for strong junior candidates);
• Good understanding of Python fundamentals, including type hints (typing) and asynchronous programming (async/await);
• Experience with WebSockets and real-time communication (e.g. streaming data or audio over persistent connections);
• Experience with modern Python web frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django;
• Experience with audio processing and audio streaming/transfer (capturing, converting, and transmitting audio streams; working with transcription or speech pipelines);
• Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs, in particular Anthropic’s Claude (prompt design, structured outputs, tool/function calling);
• Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORMs such as SQLAlchemy; ability to write efficient SQL queries and understand data modeling principles;
• Understanding of code quality best practices, documentation (Google-style docstrings), and data profiling techniques;
• Familiarity with building or maintaining data processing pipelines is a plus;
• Basic understanding of Docker and containerized applications;
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements;
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience;
• Intermediate or higher English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate is a plus).
