Description
We’re looking for a Middle Business Analyst to strengthen our BA department and support various upcoming projects across different domains. This role involves both product- and project-based collaboration, with a strong focus on Discovery activities, requirements definition, and supporting initiatives throughout the full lifecycle — from discovery to delivery.

Requirements:
2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, preferably across at least two business domains;
● Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and key BA processes;
● Hands-on experience conducting Discovery phases;
● Ability to explore and analyze the market, domain, and evolving system to provide valuable context-specific insights;
● Strong skills in stakeholder management, including expectation setting, negotiation, and relationship building;
● Experience in defining and documenting functional and non-functional requirements in multiple formats: user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, BPMN/UML diagrams, wireframes, etc.;
● Ability to decompose complex requirements into smaller, clear, and manageable parts suitable for different audiences (tech/business);
● Confident in change management processes: identifying, assessing, and handling changing requirements;
● Experience in gap analysis and defining “as-is” and “to-be” states of systems or business processes;
● Proficiency in using visualization and modeling tools to support requirement communication and validation;
● Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams: developers, QAs, designers, and project managers;
● Ability to determine the business value of solution options to support informed stakeholder decisions;
● Participation in business acceptance testing and post-delivery validation;
● English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

Nice to have:
● Experience working in EdTech, E-commerce, or MilTech domains;
● Experience in pre-sales, discovery, or early-stage product definition will be considered a strong advantage;
● Experience with design thinking, value proposition canvas, customer journey mapping, or similar discovery frameworks.

Responsibilities:
● Perform business analysis activities throughout the full software development lifecycle;
● Conduct Discovery activities, including stakeholder interviews, domain research, requirements elicitation, solution definition, and MVP scope identification;
● Identify and clarify business needs, opportunities, and challenges with stakeholders;
● Prepare and maintain clear, structured, and comprehensive documentation;
● Facilitate requirement validation sessions with stakeholders and the delivery team;
● Ensure consistent communication and shared understanding of project scope and requirements;
● Continuously monitor changes and align the solution with business goals;
● Contribute to internal process improvements and support the BA knowledge base within the company.
